We are seeking experienced, certified professionals to join our growing Quality Assurance team. We pride ourselves on executing projects with integrity, precision, and complete regulatory compliance across the Los Angeles area.
We are actively hiring qualified candidates who hold the following key industry credentials:
LA City Registered Deputy Inspector (LADBS): We seek inspectors with active registration in critical areas such as Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel/Welding, drilled in anchors, shotcrete, wood Construction, Structural Masonry, fire stop and Soils.
ICC Special Inspector Certifications: Full certification in disciplines critical to structural integrity (e.g., ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Structural Steel and Bolting, ICC Structural Masonry).
ACI Field Technicians: Current American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I certification is mandatory for all concrete-related roles.

Strong working knowledge of the IBC, CBC, and local LADBS amendments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation and professional communication.
Ability to read and accurately interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and engineering reports.
Physical ability to perform field work, which includes standing, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to write detailed and well organzied reports.
Punctuality and time management skills.
